Apple fights against HTC claiming patent infringement with decision by the U.S. International Trade Commission

HTC has been a key player in the smartphone industry with some very successful phones rolling out over the years. But the Taiwanese manufacturer was dealt a blow by the U.S. International Trade Commission who found HTC in violation of two patents held by Apple. Motorola Atrix 4G is Great Buy Without the Accessories at Only $29, Perfect for Dads and Grads

The Motorola Atrix 4G was supposed to blur the lines between laptop and smartphone, and I guess it did that. It is still the only viable smartphone / laptop alternative, but naysayers and early reviewers and analysts said that the Laptop Dock was too expensive (around $370), as was the Multimedia / Desktop Dock (about $85) and the Car mount GPS Dock ($45). And while those accessories may seem high to someone who has no intention of using them, much less paying separately for them, the Motorola Atrix 4G as a stand-alone “phone only” device is a great performer, and incredible value.
